Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointment rescheduling and cancellation

Please contact the clinic as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Rescheduling is subject to the doctor’s available time slots.

Consultation fee

Once a consultation has started or has been completed, the consultation fee is generally non-refundable. If a prepaid appointment is cancelled before the consultation, any refund or adjustment will be decided according to the notice given, the time reserved and the circumstances.

Missed appointments

A missed appointment or late cancellation may not be eligible for a refund because the consultation time was reserved. The clinic may, at its discretion, offer one rescheduling opportunity.

Medicine orders

Medicines that have been individually prepared, packed or dispatched are generally not returnable or refundable. A replacement or suitable resolution may be considered when the clinic has supplied an incorrect item, or when the package is verified as damaged in transit.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

If a payment is duplicated or an incorrect amount is charged, please contact the clinic with the payment reference. After verification, the excess amount may be refunded through the original payment method.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are initiated after verification. The amount may take several working days to appear, depending on the bank, payment gateway or original payment method.

How to request help

Contact the clinic by phone or WhatsApp and provide the patient name, appointment date and payment reference. Please do not share confidential medical reports or full payment-card details in a refund request.
